Performance characteristics
The shell is designed with reference to foreign advanced technology and according to the actual situation. It has the characteristics of firmness, heat insulation, good ventilation performance, dustproof, small animal proof, moisture-proof, beautiful appearance and easy maintenance. The shell materials include non-metallic materials, steel plates, composite plates, etc. A variety of materials are available. All metal materials in the substation have undergone surface anti-corrosion treatment to ensure they will not rust for a long time.
The high-voltage side generally uses a load switch or a vacuum circuit breaker, which has the function of preventing misoperation. The transformer can be an oil-immersed transformer, a fully sealed transformer, or a dry-type transformer. The low-voltage side uses the latest plastic-cased automatic air switch, which has high breaking capacity and good protection performance.
The substation has perfect protection performance, is easy to operate, and has high and low voltage metering for users to choose from. Automatic reactive power compensation devices can also be used when required by users.
The incoming and outgoing wire methods can be bottom in and bottom out, bottom in and top out, top in and bottom out, and top in and top.
The substation is equipped with a self-controlled exhaust device, which can meet the requirements of high-temperature areas. If required by the user, a heater can be installed to meet the special requirements of high-cold and high-humidity areas.
The substation is easy to install and maintain. The low-voltage room of the substation is equipped with a movable cover, allowing people to enter the cable trench for maintenance operations.
Structural description
The substation skeleton structure is made of channel steel and angle steel, which has high mechanical strength. The product shell is made of steel plates, aluminum alloy composite plates, non-metallic and other materials, and the appearance is smooth and flat, making the product beautiful and elegant.
Each room in the substation is separated into independent cells by partitions. The top cover has a double-layer structure to prevent heat radiation from increasing the indoor temperature.
The high-voltage room is equipped with HXGN-12 series ring network cabinet. The cabinet is equipped with load switches, fuses (circuit breakers can also be used when required), lightning arresters, grounding switches and mechanical interlocking devices. If high-voltage metering is used, voltage mutual inductance can also be installed. instruments and meters.

b. The construction design of the foundation and cable entry and exit lines can refer to the schematic diagram and the "Building Electrical Installation Engineering Drawing Book JDI-305-308". If the foundation is higher than the ground trunk line, blinds must be installed around it.

Technical requirements
a. This drawing uses C20 concrete, grade 1 steel ( Φ ) MU7.5 mechanism:
b. The basic drawing is for reference, and the user can modify it according to the actual local conditions.
c. The brick wall plane is 1:2.5 waterproof mortar 20 thick;
d. Prefabricated Users of round hole plates can choose the local atlas. Note that the arrangement of the plates is parallel to each side of the box transformer support. The load is level three, that is, 300Kg/M*M.
e. After the installation of the box transformer is completed, make a surface layer of Φ 6@200~30 thick with C20 fine stone concrete;
f. The connection resistance is less than 4 ohms;
g. The position of the steps can be customized by the user according to requirements;
h .The number and location of low-voltage embedded steel pipes can be customized by the user according to the outlet circuit.
