Structural
Features Rooms are separated by steel plates.
1. The circuit breaker room is in the front and lower part of the cabinet. The rotation of the circuit breaker is connected by the pull rod and the operating mechanism. The upper terminals of the circuit breaker are connected to the upper isolating switch. The lower terminals of the circuit breaker are connected to the current transformer. The current transformer is connected to the lower The terminal block of the isolating switch is connected, and the circuit breaker chamber is also equipped with a pressure relief channel. If an internal arc occurs, the gas can release the pressure through the pressure relief channel.
2. The busbar room is in the upper rear part of the cabinet. In order to reduce the height of the cabinet, the busbars are arranged in a Z-shape and supported by porcelain insulators with a bending strength of 7350N. The busbars are connected to the upper isolating switch terminals. Between the busbar rooms of two adjacent cabinets Can be isolated.
3. The cable room is behind the lower part of the cabinet. The supporting insulator in the cable room can be equipped with a voltage monitoring device, and the cables are fixed on the bracket. When the main wiring is a contact scheme, this room is the contact cable room. The relay room is in front of the upper part of the cabinet, and various relays can be installed on the indoor mounting plate. There is a terminal block bracket in the room, and secondary components such as indicating instruments and signal components can be installed on the door. A small secondary busbar can also be arranged on the top.
4. The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is installed on the left side of the front. Above it is the operating and interlocking mechanism of the isolating switch. The switch cabinet is double-sided for maintenance. Check the secondary components, maintenance operating mechanism, mechanical interlocking and transmission in the relay room from the front. Partially, inspect the circuit breaker. Main busbars and cable terminals are serviced at the rear, and lights are installed in the circuit breaker room. There is a grounding copper busbar parallel to the width of the cabinet under the front door, with a cross-section of 5*50.
5. Mechanical interlocking: To prevent the isolating switch from opening and closing under load, to prevent the circuit breaker from being opened and closed by mistake, and from entering the live interval by mistake. To prevent the grounding switch from being powered on and the grounding knife from closing, the switch cabinet adopts corresponding mechanical interlocking.
