Product Details

Conditions of use

a. The altitude does not exceed 2000m;
b. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +35°C, and the ambient air temperature is not lower than -15°C;
c. Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at +40”C . Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example: 90% at +20”C;
d. Places without risk of fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration ;
e. The inclination with the vertical plane does not exceed 5°;
f. This product is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25℃~+55℃, It shall not exceed +70°C in a short period of time (not exceeding 24 hours);
g. If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user shall propose it to the manufacturer and negotiate a solution.

Structural features

This system product has high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, advanced and reasonable structure, practical electrical scheme, seriality and strong versatility. Various scheme units can be combined in any way. One cabinet can accommodate more circuits, saving money. It has the advantages of small footprint, beautiful appearance, high protection level, safety and reliability, and easy maintenance. This product complies with the IEC439NEMAICS2-322 standard, as well as the national standard GB7251 "Low-voltage complete switchgear" and the professional standard ZBK36001 "Low-voltage withdrawable complete switchgear".
The basic cabinet frame of the series of products is a modular assembly structure. All structural parts of the cabinet frame are connected to each other through screw fastening to form a basic frame, plus doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, busbars, electrical components and other parts are assembled. To form a complete switch cabinet, this cabinet has the following characteristics:
1. The frame is made of shaped steel, using three-dimensional angle plates for positioning, and the bolt-connected non-welded structure avoids welding deformation and stress, and improves installation accuracy.
2. The mounting holes of the frame and components vary according to the module E=20mm.
3. The internal structural parts are galvanized, and the exterior is pickled and phosphated, and then electrostatically powder sprayed.
4. In the power center (PC) inlet cabinet, the top is the horizontal bus area and the lower part of the horizontal bus area is the circuit breaker room. The circuit breakers can be configured with domestic DWI5C, ME and other series, or can be configured with ones produced by foreign electrical companies according to user needs. Various circuit breakers, such as: F series circuit breakers produced by ABB, and intelligent circuit breakers. Under normal circumstances, the PC unit has an overturned main circuit (including bus tie), and when the rated current is 630-1600A, it occupies a cabinet with dimensions of 800x1000x2200 (width x depth x height). The main circuit without flipping rows occupies a cabinet with dimensions of 800x800x2200 (width x depth x height). When the rated current is 1600A-3150A, it occupies a cabinet with dimensions of 1000x1000x2200 (width x depth x height). The structure of the power center (PC) feed cabinet is similar to that of the incoming cabinet. When the feed current is 630-1600A, a 1000x1000x2200 (width x depth x height) cabinet can accommodate two circuits, which are installed in an upper and lower arrangement.
5. The motor control center (MCC) switch cabinet has two types: wall-mounted and non-mounted. The top is the horizontal busbar area, and below the horizontal busbar area is the drawer functional unit area. The width of this area is 600mm, and the height of the drawer functional unit area is 1840mm. When the cabinet is installed by the side, the left part of the cabinet is the functional unit area. , there is a 200mm wide cable outlet area on the right, and the cabinet dimensions are 800x500x2200 (width x depth x height). When the cabinet is installed away from the wall, the cabinet width is 600mm, the cable outlet area is at the rear of the cabinet, the cabinet dimensions are 600x800 (1000)x2200 (width x depth x height), and the cabinet depths are available in 800 and 1000 , we recommend that users choose a 1000-meter-deep cabinet to match the depth of the PC cabinet. When the drawer is pulled out of the cabinet, the live parts in the cabinet are not exposed, which is safe and reliable.
6. The drawer functional unit and the door are mechanically interlocked by the operating mechanism of the main switch. The door cannot be opened when the main switch is in the closing position, and the operating mechanism can be locked in the closing or dividing position with an external padlock. Between the functional unit compartments The rooms are separated by metal bending boards. The drawers have good interchangeability and have working positions, experimental positions and separation positions. When the drawer is pushed to a certain position, the drawer is automatically positioned. At this time, the pull panel on the left side of the drawer can be pulled to unlock the drawer and enter the next position. The drawer has an anti-falling function when it is pulled out of the cabinet.
7. In terms of capacitance compensation, metering, etc., the cabinets of the fixed-type scheme have the same appearance and the same horizontal bus position as the drawer-type cabinets. This ensures that drawer-type and circumferential-type cabinets can be used side by side.
8. The busbar of the busbar system cabinet adopts a three-phase five-wire system. When the rated current of the horizontal busbar is 1250A and below, a single busbar is used. When the rated current of the horizontal busbar is above 1250A, a double busbar is used. The horizontal busbar between cabinets is connected. The joint blocks are overlapped, the vertical busbar is closed with galvanized sheet, and the internal partition is used to limit arc expansion. The neutral busbar is set at the front of the cabinet top, and the protective busbar (PE) is set at the bottom of the cabinet and connected with the partition of the cabinet. , door are connected, thereby ensuring ground continuity.
9. Without reducing the protection level of the shell, natural ventilation windows are provided at the bottom and top of the switch cabinet.
10. The protection level of the cabinet shell is IP40.
Special reminder

1. When installing this product, the horizontal lines between cabinets should be firmly and reliably connected.
2. The door of this product has an interlocking function with the main switch, that is, the door can only be opened when the power is off. The other sides of the product are screw covers and have no interlocking function with the main switch, so the user is asked to disassemble it before When inspecting the side panel of the product, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
3. Non-professionals are not allowed to open the cabinet for maintenance and inspection.
