GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a technological progress development project issued by the National Energy Administration in 1991 with the purpose of promoting the technological progress of my country's low-voltage distribution industry and accelerating the upgrading of complete sets of low-voltage distribution switchgear. The joint design and development team of energy low-voltage complete switchgear (NLS) completed the design and development, and passed the ministerial-level appraisal hosted by the Ministry of Energy in October 1992. It is now widely used across the country.
Purpose
GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for AC 50HZ rated working voltage 400V of power users such as power plants, substations, factories and mines. The power distribution system with a rated operating current of 3150A is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and power distribution equipment. The electrical components of this product are fixedly installed and have good electrical performance, high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical solutions, convenient combination, seriality, practicality, novel structure, and high protection level. It can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage complete switchgear. GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet complies with IEC439 "Low Voltage Complete Sets of Switchgear and Control Equipment", GB7251 "Low Voltage Complete Sets of Switchgear" and other standards.
Model and meaning
Conditions of use
a. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40°C and not lower than -5°C; the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35°C;
b. For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the use location shall not exceed 2000m;
c. The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C. A larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (for example: 90% at +20°C). Temperature changes should be considered. Changes may occasionally produce condensation effects;
d. When the equipment is installed, the inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5%;
e. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place that is not sufficient to cause corrosion of electrical components;
f. If the user has special requirements, please contact us. The manufacturer negotiates and resolves the issue.
